Breast Cancer Awareness Vendor Fair – Celebrating Survivors & Prevention

In partnership with Sam’s Club and the Uplift Her program from the African American Male Wellness Agency, DIEL Partners International will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Event in Houston on October 27, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM CST. This event will focus on raising awareness about breast cancer, encouraging early detection, and providing critical health resources to the Houston community, especially for underserved populations facing barriers to healthcare access. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, this initiative will not only highlight breast cancer awareness for women but also emphasize the growing need for awareness among men. Breast cancer also affects men, and blue is associated with male breast cancer. Our event will spotlight the importance of early detection for both men and women. The event will feature: • Health and wellness booths offering information on early detection, prevention strategies, and local healthcare resources. • A community discussion featuring local healthcare providers and breast cancer survivors, sharing experiences and best practices for detection and treatment. • Custom breast cancer awareness t-shirt giveaways and educational materials for attendees, emphasizing both pink for women and blue for men.
