Service overview

Activate an approved pathway from product readiness to customer access.
For manufacturers, brands, and product owners seeking to list, sample, sell, or distribute products through DIELShop after the target market and commercial opportunity have been sufficiently defined.
DIELShop reviews whether the product is operationally ready for listing, customer access, order processing, and distribution. When market-entry strategy, customer validation, or test design is still required, the opportunity is first referred to DIEL MS.

Ideal For
Manufacturers, brands, and product owners with a defined product and commercial direction who need a practical channel for listing, selling, sampling, or distributing within an approved market.
Business Value
Move from market strategy to controlled commercial execution.
Priority request fee: $199
A defined listing or distribution activation starts at $750, subject to product readiness, operational requirements, and an approved scope.
The priority request fee does not guarantee product acceptance, listing, sales, distribution volume, customer demand, or market exclusivity.
Role and Engagement Discipline
DIEL MS leads market-entry strategy, customer and channel validation, market-test design, positioning, and expansion planning.
DIELShop serves as the point-of-sale and distribution execution channel for opportunities that have been approved for commercial activation.
Where both capabilities are required, the customer receives one coordinated proposal defining the responsibilities, deliverables, fees, and outcomes assigned to each business unit.
Before Work Begins
A manufacturer or product owner may submit an initial inquiry without charge.
Once DIELShop confirms that the request is within its operational scope, the customer pays the applicable priority request fee to begin the listing and distribution-readiness review.
Before purchasing, sampling, listing, or shipping is authorized, DIELShop presents the applicable service fee and available estimates for products, freight, duties, taxes, storage, delivery, and third-party costs.
The customer must approve the scope and fund the authorized activities according to the agreed terms. When multiple DIEL services support the same project, DIEL issues a coordinated proposal rather than duplicating or stacking fees for overlapping work.
